| - It is made to be an online meeting place for IF readers and staffs. |
Even though If was first published on May 1997, until recently we did not
have a website. Financing was the one of the problem, but the more
important reason was that we did not want to make a homepage no one visits.
The homepage of IF intended to enhance communications between
readers and editors or among readers, which were limited due to the
physical time and space,

| - To produce and spread cheerful feminism |
"Laugh, Play, Overturn" is the spirit of IF. IF pursues and loves playful,
cheerful feminism. Women have been suffered and unhappy for a long time.
It is time that women to be happy and cheerful. IF is the place where
people sympathize with the spirit of IF could share the cheerful feminism.

| - Marketing place for feminists |
IF aspires to be an economic cooperation by women and for the women.
We expect that women make profits and than share them. IF will do
its marketing focusing on "online economic cooperation"

| - Communicate with feminists in the world |
Due to the physical limitation, there were rare chances to communicate
with the feminists in different countries, though IF we hope to
increase the opportunities.

| 2. Present and Future |
December 2001: Buisness presentation:Under the concept that women
do business by capital of women, we had a business presentation..
Business presentation ended but the investment by women continues.

| August 2006: Opened the onlineif |
"Laugh! Play! Overturn!" onlineif.com opened at last. Its start
is not splendid, however it is dreaming of becoming a global
website. And to succeed the dream, let's be cheerful.
In addition to above, IF is planning for e-commerce, game room, and etc.
Also we are preparing to convert a fee-charged website in 2003 to provide higher
quality. Then, with the stability of financing, IF will be a true companion of
our members.
